A senior capstone project — building a coffee brand as bold and grounded as the highlands that inspired it.
Highland Brew Coffee Co. was one of two brands I developed for my senior capstone project, and it gave me the chance to go deep on heritage-driven design. I built a full brand identity rooted in Scottish highland culture, including a logo suite, custom illustrations, brand patterns, and a complete color palette built around rich earthy tones and highland greens. Then I stepped behind the lens to shoot all of the product photography myself, capturing every detail of the packaging in a way that brings the brand world to life from every angle.
